creaking in front left wheel.
I am getting a creaking sound in the front left wheel area after the car is driven for about 20 minutes. I can only hear it with the window down a driving around 10 or 15 miles an hour. Just coasting basically. I am not applying the breaks or anything just coasting. That is after it has been driven awhile. When I first start out silent. It acturally did it since it was new. But it seems to be getting a little louder. At high speeds nothing. I would like the dealer or anyone just experimenting. The car runs and handles perfect. Car at 5900 miles. 2001.

I would first check the torque on my wheel lug nuts (100 FT #).
If that doesn't fix I would look to see any of the suspension bolts are loose, including upper control arm.
If that checks out okay, look to if brake caliper is hanging up and causing heat on rotor. Noise could be from kooling down.

Another thing to check would be the sway bar. Check the bushings to make sure they are not dry. From what I understand it may be from heat.
I just had a problem with my front end making noise I found the lower A-arm bushings were dry ans sticking. I fixed it by spraying some lube on them.
