Starter removal tips ?

Step 1: Remove the 2 bolts.
Step 2: Slide starter forward
Step 3: Disconnect wires.(Be sure to disconnect the battery first)
Step 4: Remove from car.
Nothing to it, except there is not much room to work under there. Longtubes will make it tougher.

Thanks. Pretty straight forward then. I'm stock, no long tubes.
I assume I can use regular tools (nothing special).
Late this winter we had to change my son's on his '92 Mustang 5.0 - unbelievable PITA.
I may want to change my battery wires to switch to top mounting while I'm at it.
The problem is: the car is not starting as quickly as it used to. sometimes it cranks for 5 seconds before it starts...sometimes I have to try a second time...sometimes it's only an extra second or two...sometimes it starts right up.
The battery is brand new and good.
Doesn't seem to be a fuel flow issue.
