98vs04 cluster

will a cluster from an 04 z06 work in my 98 coupe? I'm wanting to add HUD.

The cluster itself will fit and work fine, just make sure you have the 11-pin cable with connector.
Contact "Pace This" (Josh) regarding a HUD conversion. He can help you with any questions and also help you get any parts you may be missing for the conversion.
I have dealt with Josh in the past and can highly recommend him.
