Injector question
I noticed one of the small plastic (I think) disc on the bottom of one of my injectors is broken in half. (Only 1/2 is remaining attached to the injector.) What issues will this cause, and what can I do to repair it?

No, there is a small disc at the bottom of injectors that distribute the fuel spray. If one injector looks different from all the others, yes, absoultetly I'd replace it. Just look in the for-sale section, many folks replace the stock units with aftermarket items, so no need to go to the dealer.

It's not the actual tiny metal disc in the tip of the injector, it's a plastic looking disc located at the o-ring.
I don't have the injectors out rignt now, but if I need to, I'll pull them back out and get a photo.

If the oring seals in the head correctly you are probably fine.
I still have my stock set of injectors here, I will look at them and see if I can tell what you are talking about.
