Windshield wiper problems
I have a 04 and my wipers are staying up on the windshield. All adjustments are fine. When I turn on the wipers they do the normal function but when they are suposed to retract back under the cowl they make one last pass and stop up on the wind shield in a vertical position. Anyone have any ideas?

when did this start? after rain car wash? c5s use a magnet on the parking linkage and a cam switch in the wiper module DO NOT undo the torx holding the arm to motor its a very hard timing procedure to get it right with info provided i would guess wiper module. good luck

Mine just did the same thing. Only later it would wipe one time by its self. I turned the radio down and I could here the wiper motor running by its self and sounding like it was under load. I searched the forum and found threads on the udders. I cleaned mine out and the wipers went back to operating normally. The udders were stopped up with leaves and dirt and water was backing up and getting the wiper motor wet. Hope this helps.
