Getting warm air out of the drivers side and cold air out of the pass side. Went to my Tech and added the feron, running cold on both sides!!! Ran the Dic codes and cleared them then started the A/C...got code B0441 left actuator out of range. OK what the hell is the actuator and how do they fix it.???? Taking it in tomorrow so any help would be sincerely appreciated PLUS free when you come to Hawaii....

I just had the same exact problem with my 97. I read a post on the same issue and tried the battery disconnect solution and it worked. It's worth a try if you have recently had your battery disconnected. Disconnect the negative terminal on the battery for a few minutes (I did it for 30 minutes) then see if the actuators reset to the correct position.
I think that you can pull the HVAC fuses or reset the codes to get the actuators to reset. For me it was a better option that dropping out the PCM and the other presets. I think fuse #17(?) for HVAC also drops out the memory seats & key FOB unlocking.
Thanks for the help guys.....I took the car into the tech this morning with a print out of this thread and the one in C5G also some info I found in the search are.
