U1160 Loss of Communications with Left Door Control Module
U series codes mean that the module lost comms or power for a very short period of time. if the code is a HISTORY DTC, it normaly shouldnt be a problem. The door control modules are the first to be effected by power issues (from Bill Curlee).
Might check to see if you have any battery power issues.
