Default Help: Damaged rear spring bracket

My salvage/project/track Z06 has some interesting "wear" on the metal bracket at the end of the rear spring on the right side. As you can see, it and the bolt are rusted as well.

Does anyone know if this bracket can be replaced? Or is it inseparable from the spring? Looks like it might be riveted to the spring...

I will likely buy a T1 setup eventually, so I'd hate to spend $200+ on a new spring when all I really need is this bracket (for now).

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks,
Fred

Looks like it's part of the rear spring assembly in the parts manual.

Anybody have an idea if that metal bracket can be removed and replaced with a fabricated copy?
