I just purchased a set of 06 (non Z06) painted take offs for my 01 z06,
I understand that I will need spacers for the rears to function, but to make it look right will i need some for the front? Also I have seen several different widths listed for the rear, what size spacer will set the wheel in the right spot.

You'll need 1/2 in the rear just to prevent rubbing. You'll need at least 3/4 to make it look okay. An even 1 inch puts the stock tire(285/35/19) flush with the wheel well in the rear.
