I have decided to install a Yank SS3200 high stall converter in my 04 coupe. I’m looking for a how-to web site that has step by step instruction. I swapped out the differential awhile back so I have a good idea how to get that far.
Also any suggestions on were to buy the converter?
If you have had the drive line out the only thing extra to do is slip the convertor off the old tranny, change the front seal and carefully slide the new convertor on. You can partially fill the new convertor before the install. Also recommend you do a good tranny cooler with the install.

I think the only place you can buy Yank converters from is directly from Yank. There website is http://www.converter.cc/
I am interested in this same converter. Please let me know how you like it, and your improvement in E/T. Thanks.
A friend of mine recommended the SY 4000 but I don't see it on the site. He said you can't even tell this converter is in the car until you nail it. If I can't get the SY4000, I'll get the SS3200. I can't find anything on converter install on ls1howto
