RFA Receiver
Thanks,
Mark.

The RFA is on the drivers side in the area where the speaker enclosure is. It's mounted next to the fuel filler pipe. You will need to remove the plastic covers on that side. For you to loose the TPS, sounds like you blew a fuse. Yes the BCM interfaces with the FOB and the TPS. What DTC codes do you have??

Go to “technical data base” and then to “Corvette ECM Computer Codes”. Then select your year car. Read the instructions and then scroll down to the "READ MORE" window to view the code definitions.
The codes will tell me a lot! If you have a ton of codes,,,clear them and see what codes are current!
If you have a BCM problem,,,your going to get a lot of NO COMMS.
Where is the water comming in at. There should NOT be any leaks!!!! I STRONGLY recommend removing the carpet and drying it out. While it is out,,,find the leak path. im good at that. If you dont dry it out, you will start to have LOTs of electrical problems starting with the BCM!
Been there had that! FRC's have some unique leake paths! I solved all of mine already!Let me know what you find and how I can help!

Thanks I'm going to do exactly that this weekend. I already found a sticky that I believe you created and I'm going to use those recommendations. I'll let you know sometime Saturday what happens. I had leaks on both the driver and passenger side footwells. The driver's side seemed to be much worse. It looked like it was coming in from somewhere near the front of the door jam, down the speaker and onto the floor, but I'll check more this weekend.
Thanks so much.

Thanks,
Mark.
On the FRCs you only have to remove the small plastic fascia trim piece that snaps in place. (It's directly under the trunk hinge area, inside the trunk). There is a matching trim piece on the pass. side.
Once popped out you can see the receiver up under the lip of the fender. It's not necessary to remove the larger trim panel that incorporates the speaker grill.

Since I now have these recorded would it be more helpfull to clear them and see which codes return. I can't even find the C2120 code from the RFA which is the only current code.
Thanks for looking guys.
Mark.
