Default Expansion tank leak...

Does anyone know of a repair for this condition? Apparently the seal has been torn. I had hoped it was only the clamp but upon further inspection I saw that the black seal is ripped. I hate to think I need to replace the entire tank system unless this can't be repaired.

No guarantee...clean it thoroughly and apply JB WELD. Let it cure completely before refill and pressure check.

But I think I will just replace it. I found one through Eckler's for $49 + sh. Not as expensive as I thought.
