Dual climate control problem

Dual climate control problem
I have a 2000 conv. when both sides of the dual climate control are set to cold passangers side blows warm. I have discnected batt, removed and replaced fuse 27 and 18, this did not fix the problem. I was told to replace the hvac door motor . where is it exactly.

its on the passenger side under the dash way up in there
i had the dealer replace mine and i dont think they had to take much apart to change it
if you still have warranty its covered at least mine was
your looking at probaly 180 or so for the part
