Worked fine friday on the way to the cottage. Did not work at all on the way home sunday. Still doesn't work, and I didn't do anything to the car over the weekend, and the only person who ever touches it is me. Any ideas?
Mike, both the clutch and the brake have a switch that disengages the Cruise when depressed. Try pulling up on each with your foot while engaging and see what happens.
You do have it turned on? Didn't want to overlook the obvious.
It still could be the failure or adjustment of one of the pedal switches or the stalk switch itself.
Hope it's not like some other GM vehicles. The '94-'96 Impala SS had the center high mounted brake light (CHMBL) circuit in with the cruise control. So if you ever burned out that bulb, the cruise quit working of all things.
Don't know if it applies to the Vette, but just a thought.
