What is that exactly and can I fix it or do someone like GM needs to fix it. It was a History code and now it is current, wasnt something I went through but the previous owner did. Anyway if anyone knows this please help me out. Thanks!

The AIR system is related to a small blower that sends air into the manifold during cold temp starts. The blower is located below the driver's headlight and has an intake tube coming off the driver's side of the air filter box, and the output tube goes along the side of the engine block to the manifold. I don't have access to my service manuals for more details, but it could the check valve near the manifold that's causing the problem.
For whatever reason, those check valves tend to 'rust' and fail shut. I think they are ~ $90, and the labor to DIY isn't too tough though. Check your service manual for detailed instructions. And as was mentioned in another thread, when you pick up the part, ask them if you get a corvette club discount? can't hurt and may save you a few $$
Thanks yall! Im on Vacation in California so when I get back I'll check more on it. I need to buy a service manual, Where is a good place to buy one? Thanks for all the HELP!!!
i have been dealing with the 0410 code for months now. ever since a header install.new o2 sensors, changes fuses, relay, checked all conections, had both check valves changed, the pass side is a PITA its under the intake. checked the vaccumm line under the battery. finally it has not came on for a week. has been pretty hot here lately, kinda wondering if the pump had moisture in it now. this code is a pain to find the problem. i hope its gone for good......only time will tell

The service manuals are a three book set. You can find them on the Parts For Sale section occasionally or on eBay. You can usually find them used for $90-100. New they are about $125.
I would clear the code and forget about it. The part doesn't affect how the car runs and it will still pass emission inspection even being defective. I have the same code on my S-10 pickup. The truck runs fine and has passed NJ inspection which plugs into the OBDII port.
