Do these codes sound like a faulty ground somewhere?

Could very likely be a ground issue. Bad grounds can cause all kinds of strange problems! But from looking at those I'm not sure if you may not have another problem, like voltage or battery. You didn't list if the codes are current or history, or which module they were received from. Check them again, write them down, clear them, and drive it a bit and see what codes come back. Post the codes that return. May take a bit of driving to get them to return.
