Hose identification
I have a leak coming from the bottom of my coolant reseirvoir tank at the connection of one of the hoses. I want to replace the hoses as well as the clamps. What would be the proper name for these small hoses leaving the reseirvoir tank?
I was not very pleased walking out to the garage last night about midnight to find a giant puddle of Dexcool on the ground. Got the ramps out and finally found the leak.

The two hoses are:
10229491 Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose (Front-most hose)
12368235 Heater Outlet hose (Rear-most hose)
Make sure the tank itself is not cracked too.
