Pretty tight...lol I never have used a torque wrench on those, I just get them tight with the rachet and call it good. Always worked for me on the torque tube.
The rear cradle (i am assuming you are installing a clutch) I use a breaker bar and tighten them pretty tight also. But if you want torque spects go with
Rear Cradle 70 ftlbs
Torque tube 35 ftlbs
those are just my guess. I don't think it will matter much
