I recently purchased a used set of 2001 Z06 wheels. Please pardon my ignorance, but does anyone make a run-flat tire for these size wheels? If so, who makes them and where are they sold. If not, it appears that would be little need for the pressure sensors. Since the car does not carry a spare, if you use non run-flats, what do you do when you get a flat?

Go to Tirerack.com and you will find what you need and the answer should be YES there is a run flat for the rim, the tire rack will offer around 20-25 total tires for your rims.
I have AAA gold, they will tow you 100 miles oneway free, then carry a repair kit with a cig lighter pump.

There is a bunch of tires out there for those wheels and Tire Rack can give you the information you need to make the right choice.
