Okay... so I don't have a multi-meter but I do have a test light...
When I have both rear right bulbs out, the test light receives enough juice to light it up (dim) when the turn signal is on and its extremely faint when the brake is on. If I replace one bulb on the right side (doesn't matter which), then I can't get the test light to light up on the open connector because of the increased load... lame...
Any more thoughts based off of that. If I didn't mention, my right rear brake lights are not working any more either, which is a new development.

I believe the wiring bundle for the rear lights is on the passenger side and runs over the pass. rear wheelwell. Check up in there to make sure no connectors are loose. There is also a spot where the bundle rubs the frame. Check for abrasion that could be shorting.
So I did some probing on the front connector for the turn signal multi-function stick and isolated the problem to the switch.
R&R'd with one from Autozone ($99 as opposed to stealership $250) and everything is back working again. Yah!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for everyone's help. This year's Christmas list will definitely have a set of service manuals on it.

Congratulations! Feels good, huh. Actually, with the money you saved on the part alone (not to mention labor) you can buy a manual now. Hit Santa up for a mod or two (or more if you've been especially good).
