Default Stuck Clutch Peddle

Last night while going at high rpm through a M6 in my 2003 coup, the clutch peddle stuck in. When I pulled it out with my toe it locked like a brick out and cannot be pushed in. Hard as rock. Anyone help me know what is going on? Taking it to the shop Monday. Thanks Pewter vette

Do a search for "sticking clutch pedal" or words close to that and you will find numerous others (including me) with the same problem.
