This force was enough to pull the stuck CD out. It turned out the the mechinism that ejected the CD was failing. It started to happen more frequently until the CD was stuck in there for good. The only CD I can listen to now is Use Your Illusion II.

The other CD method is a good one for helping release a stuck one, you may also want to try quickly banging on the side of the radio console firmly (dont beat the hell out of it 
).
Avoid using burned CD's with labels on them, they get hot and the label tends to bubble up and get stuck in the player
