I usually log both and export to a spreadsheet, avg and find the difference than multiply. The Running airflow is used for idle, basically leave the TB alone and add 3-5 to the numbers for a H & C Combo. Watch the LTIT and STIT in N and adjust from there. Basically you want the LTIT and STIT 0'd so if it tells you its adding 1.75 grams of air per second than add that to the temperature corresponding to the ECT sensor.
