CLB Again
My '99 has had the #V1144-04006 Harness and reprogram according to service history.
I have the CLB, must I remove the harness before installing the CLB?
Can I leave it in?
I know this has been talked about many times, but I am still confused.

Yes, you have to disconnect the Harness K to install a CLB because the CLB uses one of the same connectors.
The Harness K is installed by disconnecting the column lock actuator from the main wiring harness, and connecting the Harness K between the two connectors.
The CLB is installed by disconnecting the actuator, and connecting the bypass to the main wiring harness and leaving the actuator connector disconnected.
The Harness K keeps the actuator in the circuit, where the aftermarket CLB leaves the actuator disconnected.
