quick transmission question

Default quick transmission question
i have a '99 frc six speed and i am swapping transmissions. i was just curious what the wires coming from the transmission are. one is green and i believe pink wires coming from it w/ tape on it with the letters REV, and the has tape saying SKIP. just curious what they are. later

The SKIP is the skip shift (CAGS). The Rev is the reverse lock-out.
