Distilled water/ gm dex cool,50/50 mix its 16.oo at the dealer.
do it yourself. heres how to do it right out of the service manual. from what i recall. when i did mine. unscrew drain plug flush all fluids,refill with water, start engine when the theromstat kicks in turn off car. and repeat this until it runs clear. close plug fill a 50/50 mix with GM dex cool and distilled water i even put in the redline wetter stuff, and replace my stat, all in all. it took a 1.5 hours.
