Column lock Part Update III
Well got my car back from the dealership after being there a week. They replaced the lock (088965331) wire kit (088952428) and plate (026094767) and reprogramed. Cost $701.09 GM picked up the bill called it still under warranty. No out of pocket expense. Yeah! Everything good to go. Steering wheel still locks after they told me that they would remove the lock plate and put a smaller plate that would not catch the lock??? It turns out it still locks. Anyway driving my car now after a week without it.
