An LS1 is an LS1. The only difference I can think of with the motors would be that the 98-00 LS1's found in the F-Body had an EGR provision on the manfiold while the LS1 found in the Vette did not. Granted there's minor year to year differences, and differences between accessory brackets between the different chassis, but the LS1 from each respective year remained the same in all the car lines. I.E. a 01 LS1 from a Camaro is the same as the one in a Vette. A 04 Vette LS1 is the same as a 04 GTO LS1.

slighlty different cam grinds between f-body and corvette, but nothing noticable b/c both are crappy truck cams.
other differences are not in the motor, i.e. oil pan, electronic vs. cable operated throttle body...
