'98 Headlight Problem
Pass side headlight flickers at bumps. Dealer Tech says it is not a bulb issue, but some kind of bracket issue (I forgot exactly what he said) I do know he quoted a figure of around $1200 for the repair. Any idea what this might be? Any less expensive options, as the fix does not appear to be covered by GMPP? Thanks

you can get a set of used light housings for less that half of that!
or do what i did and just get some C5R lights!
i had lots of issues with my lights flickering not going up not going down ETC.

If the lights do not open to full extension they may flicker more than if they do. Just moremore play in the bracket. The flicker is caused by vibration of the whole assembly. Not the bulb. Also i agree with above a non pop-up could solve this problem.
