Re: Pesky Headlight Plug Part # within... (C-5 TECH)
What is the solution when the updated ones blow out? The right side one blew out on my 97 earlier this year. I thought that the problem was solved when the dealer replaced the original bezels and plugs a while ago.

My fault,2000 allready has the updated bezels and plugs, still prone to falling out.The update is for 97-99 :bb
C-5 Tech I have the updated headlight covers and turn and lock plugs.. I can not imagine how these could unsnap and turn 90 degrees and pop out.. when I saw the new design I said OH yeah these will never come out..
Re: Pesky Headlight Plug Part # within... (Evil-Twin)
What happens is the plastic bezels tend to warp, distort, and bow (probably due to underhood temps) causing the plug to pop out, even on the new design...I install them on a regular basis...

I wonder if my cold air screens...... I cut out the area next to the fog lights.. whick when the lights are down would keep them cooler..I do not see any distortion . and they are about a year old..maybe alittle longer
