Squeaking brakes...
I had new pads/rotors installed, but my brakes are still squeaking. I picked up some some caliper grease from the local autoparts store, however I'm unsure of the correct way to apply it. Can anyone give me some tips to get me started in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

apply the grease to the back and sides of the brake pad where they come in contact with the caliper. some also put grease in the cut out in the caliper that holds the spring tensioner.

Try bedding them in properly. We find this solves a huge % of the issue:
