After I got done messing with my intake, I forgot to plug the mafs and ait in and got a check engine light. So how do I clear the check engine light?

I just use my OBDII scan tool. I believe that it will also work to disconnect the battery for a few minutes, but have never tried this approach.

You must clear all the codes. No tools needed. At the top of this page on the Red bar click "Other", then "Tech Tips", then "C5", then search down the list till you find "Erasing DTC Codes" and it will tell you exactly what you need to know.

That's all it takes.

No tools. Just push some buttons.

You will probably find some codes set. The ones with "H" behind them are nothing to get worried about. Codes ending in a "C" you will need to do something with.
