I love my 97 coupe, but don't know crap about cars. I'm hoping to learn. My question is, how do I jack it up to replace my wheels. I am doing it one by one, using a standard, wal mart bought hydraulic floor jack. I keep seeing these posts about "pucks" and where to lift and making ramps and all that kind of crap. I just want to change a freaking tire. Is it important where I jack from? Normally I would just stick it under the frame and go to town, but this is my baby and don't want to screw it up. Any help is appreciated.
NOTE: I have read the "how to's" and don't understand a word. I need this broken down for me. I am DUMB when it comes to cars.

You will need to check past threads that give you how to jack front or rear for a change tires. Do not just jacking the vehicles without the information you may regret your decision to attempt.
The Rear you can easily jack up the entire rear of the car by placing the jack dead center under the rear cross member.
The Front, take a look under the car about 8 inches or so behind the tires. You will see a cut out in the body colored rocker panel that exposes an oblong hole in the frame member. THAT is where to jack the car from. The pucks you've heard about fir into those holes. THEY are the jacking points on your car.
There are holes just like them just ahead of the rear wheels BUT it's easier to just jack the back up in the center and do both rear tires at once. ALSO, doing it this way does not twist the car like it does when you like one corner at a time....
