Rear end noise

Rear end noise
Anyone ever have this? My 04 with only 3800 miles on it has had a groan in the rear end the last two times I drove it, when I make a big, slow turn, like a U turn. I know Posi rear ends can make noise, but it has never done it befor. I'm wondering if I need to take it in for a warranty look see.

Seems like there's been a lot of this going around lately! 
My 03 Z with 21K started doing pretty much the same thing a couple months back. It started out infrequently, noticeable only when making turns into my parking spot, more during right turns vs. left for some reason. It was a low pitch tone, almost a rumbling or groan... Not a squeak or high pitch whine. The last few days it got really bad so I started doing some searching here on the forum. I think it's best if you do the same as there are a lot of opinions as to what causes the sound. But, so not to leave you hanging, here's what I ended up doing. It was suggested by several forum members:
Changed the diff fluid... I used Royal Purple 75W90 Max Gear (synthetic). Went to a big parking lot and did some slow figure 8's (both forward & reverse) to get the diff & clutch packs well lubed. I probably looked like a drunk out there but it sure seems to work. The noise went away & everything seems good for now
Again I'd do a little research here and see what may work best for what you're encountering.
