Cartek has a good unit!! I like the one I put in my car from them, but do not have any pics.

I've got one from Cartek too. Comes with the pre-bent brake line to replace the line from the brake master to the ABS box (line has the built in solinoid).

Others have mad their own from the standard kits but you have to deal with bending and flaring the brake line yourself. Was much easier for me to buy the Cartek kit and just worry about installing. Ran the wire to my center consol with a switch there. Don't have any pics though.

Just call them and ask for it. They have them, but do not list them on the site. If I remember correctly they cost around 260 dollars. They are easy to install and I can post a link later to the instructions I used when I put mine in.

The Hurst is a fairly cheap way to go if you can do the work yourself. Here is my install of a Hurst Line-Lock. They Hurst unit fits really neatly in space that is out of the way of everything and away from the heat. I picked up my Hurst at Jegs.com
