Suspension question

What are you high HP road/strip Vettes doing about your suspension? I road race, (vey high speeds) and I also 1/4 mile race, so I was wanting a happy medium. Any suggestions....

poly bushing swap to entire suspension
bilsteins
hotchkiss sways
VBP cross springs
lowered ride height on factory bolts

You may also look at the heavy duty tie rod ends and brake cooling ducts.

Def some poly bushings (make sure to keep them lubed too)
Stiffer springs
More aggressively valved shocks
traction bars
Wider, stickier tires are the usual high HP mods.

What kind of traction bars are you using.
