Someone also had a set of Random Tech cats for sale recently, don't think they sold either. Depending on how tuff they are in CO, you could return it to stock to get it through and then tinker with it afterwards. A lot of guys give away the stock systems because they are large and take a lot of storage space. The other thing is, if you are pulling an efficiency code, they may not have turned off the rear O2 sensors. Do you know if it has a tune in it either? Depending on whether it does or not, this could be part of the problem depending on the tuner as well.

I'm very certain those are FLP headers with the off-road pipes. The original owner should have the cats that came with the FLP system that will simply bolt right into place (the system generally came with both the off-road pipes and the cats so you could switch them out for track days). Contact the seller of your car and see if they have the cats somewhere. If not, you can contact FLP (Finish Line Performance).
I've just now tried to find FLP headers for sale somewhere and can't come up with anything. Maybe they were discontinued?
