Run into trouble with the first caliper, and I've got three more to go!!! I've loosened both the 15mm bolts that hold the caliper body to the mounting bracket as far as they will go BUT the caliper isn't loose...
What am I missing????
Your going to have to completely remove the top bolt, You will need to back it up with I think an 18mm or I used a small cresent wrench or it will just spin and never fully come out, Then the caliper should swing down allowing you to change the brake pads. If you are painting them and want to remove the caliper completely you will have to remove both bolts.

Hi Red903l -
Just pull the top bolt out - like this -
then the caliper flops down and you can put in the pads.
