Jake Latham has a site with a nice step-by-step for replacing hubs http://www.jakelatham.com/c5/misc/
Added comment - if you are doing the rears, a couple of the wrench/socket sizes are unusual - 18mm and 21mm (Craftsman sets skip these). Also need a big No. 55 torx bit - and a 34mm socket for the spindle nut (1-3/8" will do just fine). I'm new too and I did the job with no problems. I think Autozone still has the best price on the rear hub. Take care - and be safe under there.
I did my left front last night. It took me two hrs[I work slow]. Car Quest had the best price around here. It didn't solve my problem [c1225 code], but follow Jake's instructions , good pics included.
