Having multiple troubles after water entered on pass side from the clogged drain in the engine compartment behide the battery. Horn stopped working, CD player stopped working, hatch switch stopped working, fog light switch does light or work. All worked fine then didn't after water. Now I have it with a Corvette Repair Shop-Restoration shop that seems to be going in a diredtions that is not considering BCM but go through the car on a electrical check on entire car which would be$$$$$, WHAT is my best option? I'm I being setup for charges when it could be just the BCM. Bcm-$240.00 98 coupe-Auto
Since this all began after you had the water enter the car and the problems are body functions, it points to the BCM. Did you try giving it a GOOD dry or has it been some time already since it got wet?

Car has had two months. I used a small heater to completely dry out car after I discovered the water, but it was not been a help with the items effected in the BCM.
Since almost everything you listed is directly controlled by the BCM I would definitely be looking at the BCM. Did all the stuff quit at the same time as the water? Or did it all stop sometime after the water was removed? I would pull the BCM and disassemble it and look for corrosion. It only takes a few minutes to remove. A single screw and bend a couple tabs to disassemble. Sometimes you can find the problem and clean and re-solder and fix the problems.
Be sure to check the wiring connectors that connect to the BCM also.
