I use the "stock" NAPA rotors and find they perform just as well as the stock ones at a WAY better price.

First time I bought them was I needed a "stop-gap" solution because I had destroyed my front slotted rotors at the track and needed to keep the car on the road until I could get replacements.

I won't name the vendor, but as I'm removing these "expensive" slotted rotors, I realize that the NAPA rotors and these slotted rotors have identical info cast inside the hats ... MADE IN CANADA .... etc.

In other words, the "expensive" vendor was buying rotors from the same source as NAPA and slotting them and then re-selling them. Interesting ... huh?

NAPA slotted must be fairly new, I'll definately try them next time I need rotors.

Thanks,

Steve

I believe they are marketed through the United brake line at Napa. They are sold as equal or higher quality than OE. Like the previous post, I have used and sold them for years. Many times, I have found the Napa rotors to be heavier (more iron which makes a better heat sink) and eliminated rotor warping problems. I have found them to be very high quality. Have never used the slotted or slotted and drilled, but would bet they are very high quality and worth the money.

I was using NAPA rotors and got tired of cleaning all the rust off of them.

I've since switched to Stop Tech slotted rotors and the rusting problem is non existant

According to the NAPA website they are $61.49 each for the fronts, and $61.99 for the rears.

Looks like a good deal for a drilled and slotted rotor.
