Pinning under pulley

Pinning under pulley

Anyone have the problem with spinning there under pulley? I hear you can pin it. Has any one done this procedure?

There are two ways, the first is the end pin the second is the cross pin. The cross pin has to have a key machined into the balancer hub or buy one that is already keyed such as the ATI. The end pin procedure can be seen if you go to the Magnacharge web site and download their supercharger installation instructions for the C5. It is one of the first steps and they show how to do it in detail.

It takes a bit of effort to move your steering rack. But the actual crank pinning process is very easy....about 10 minutes, tops.
