I bought the dimpled/slotted Sportbrakes recently with Delco ceramic pads on my CCW's and I love them. I don't know what they weigh though. Many forum members have Sportbrakes.
Light weight and low cost do not go hand in hand. If you can find them, let me know. I have the sportbrake cross drilled and slotted rotors on my car but this is for the street. If you track, I would go with something like Stop Tech, or Wilwood. A lot of guys on the CF swear by the NAPA rotors because they are inexpensive and disposable. Good luck with it.
Got OEM GM rotors SOLID for $23.00 at a delco distributer. Not some chinese off brand but DELCO. Were made in Canada and are EXACT replacements for original rotors.
