I have searched but have not found any answers......
My car is currently lowered as far as it will go in the front with the bushings still in theyre original shape, id like more of a drop.
Do you have to take the bolt out and then the bushing comes out or what?
When I did this, I could not get enough suspension travel downwards to remove the bolt, so I had to remove the lower ball joint. This is not difficult, but to get the joint separator tool in, I had to unbolt the steering linkage so I could rotate the entire spindle and get enough clearance for the tool.
I cut the rubber about half way. Noticeable drop. But now I consider to remove the bolts altogether.
This is the procedure I used except I didn't remove the bushing instead I seperated the lower ball joint and while holding the lower A-arm clear I cut 1 segmant off of the bushing.
