Thanks for the info. Any other experiences with performing this mod?
It seems like a good mod at a reasonable price. I'm surprised that when I searched I didn't find more info on it.
Take a look at www.LS1tech.com and perform a search on "ported throttle". Also, do a search on this forum on "ported throttle", search titles only, current and archive, and C5 Corvettes 1997-2004. Be prepared to do a lot of reading.

Is this something I can do myself or have a vendor do it? If so where is a good "How to" explaining how to do it.
If a vendor who is good at doing this for Corvettes?
On the LS1tech forum a lot of people use Bo White, not sure if he does Corvette Throttle bodies.
Having my Shaner installed this afternoon. It should be interesting. Need to see if idle changes and may get a dyno run, after a few days of driving, to make sure A/F is still dead on. I haven't had it dynoed since before I had the Yank installed and I'm curious as to what I'm running now.
