New Washers With Diff Fluid Change??
Do you need to install new washers when changing diff or tranny fluid?? Shop Manual mentions washers...but not size or type. I'm assuming crush washers?

Diff plug washer
I reuse the washer, as long as it is not cut across the sealing surface or kinked. I is a soft metal seal washer which appears to be aluminum. If the faces are smooth it should be no problem.

no need for new wahers, just use what is already there. if you want to be really picky get some teflon tape to put on the threads of the drain/fill plugs when you re-install them.
