Chris, cutoff the front of the cover and epoxy a clear polycarbonate plate in. You may also want to sand down the sides of the housings to get rid of the ridges. If you have euro housings, you'll have to pop off the entire lens and make a clear lens....think of fish tank because you'll need four sides and the big front plate.
