I just got a P0101 today first one ever in 76K miles

Its a "MAF Sensor Performance"

My gas milage also is not good lately and I'm thinking my MAF needs to be cleaned ..... I hope that is all it is.

I'm confused about what the Predator has to do with any of this. Are you saying that the codes occured after installing the Predator tune?

A P0101 is almost always due to an air leak after the MAF. Check all your connections between the back of the MAF and the intake manifold. Be careful not to overtighten the airbridge connections, or you can collapse the bridge end...even on carbon fiber units. As for the P0102, maybe this will help.

I cleaned mine with electronics cleaner several times and it didnt help at all i ended up having a small air leak between the maf and the TB which i fixed but it didnt solve the problem so i had my car dyno tuned and it was a good thing because the pcm was so far out of whack i am suprised it would even run whih it didnt sometimes.

I had the predator tune installed in my car for almost 2 years and everything was fine until i installed my Tiger Shark frontend where it had anything to do with it are not that is just when all of this started.

The only way i could see these code was with the predator programer (I must have been doing something wrong i guess on the DIC) so i cleared all of the codes and drove the car 40 miles and the codes came back so i took my car to a turner and the first thing we did was reinstall the stock tune to see where it was at on the dyno and belive me it ran like **** so he started to tune it and it took 16 pulls on the dyno before he got it where it needed to be.

the tuner seems to think that part of the predator tune stayed with the car which caused major problems getting the car tuned to the way it was supposed to be but it is there now and the car never run this good before so i am happy.

I will get the final dyno pull up tomorrow for everyone to see but it ended up with 300 rwhp and 310 fpt which i didnt think was to bad since i have 20" on the rear and the car was at about (195 degrees)but i am doing another pull in 2 weeks to see what the final numbers will be and i will let everyone know what the final numbers turned out to be.
