2 Noises, 1 Smell

2 Noises, 1 Smell
1. First noise is coming from my headlamps when they actuate up or down, just sounds like the gears need some WD-40, can this be fixed by getting the brass gear sets?
2. Second Noise is in the steering wheel. Very faint sound that is similar to Donald Duck or a Kazoo. Not associated with turning or anything as it occurs when I am driving staraight as well, any ideas?
3. Smell is burning rubber, again, not overwhelming, but definitely there. I just installed new belts and hoses and think it may be those breaking in, but I wanted to be sure.
