Had my 2002, 4000 mile sitting in the garage a few days, take it for a ride and it starts to sprinkle. Try to put up passenger window...nothing. Try with switch on that door...nothing.... Try to lock door... nothing. Use key fob....nothing. All other functions in car normal. Checked fuses, they are fine. Checked for power at switch, have one terminal with power no matter where the key but that is all. Just got car back from dealer last week with $600 column lock problem fix, now this. Don't even know where to start? Any ideas, at all!!!
I had the same problem with my 2003 Z06 last week. Try wiggling the wiring between the door and the body. My problem turned out to be the connector in the kick panel .

After reading the sticky in tech from Bill about the bad grounds, I noticed that this has been mentioned and I am having the same problem.
If someone could explain how to disassemble the kick panel to check out the door control module harness, I would really appreciate it.
Also, does anyone know if this would have anything to do with the mirror and seat memory not retaining memory? My mirrors have a mind of their own and when I insert my key almost everytime, they aren't where i've set them. There have been a couple of occasions where they'll retain memory but most of the time they forget. It's really annoying having to adjust them everytime I get in my car now.

WHAT!!! I think you have been HAD!! Why did they charge you??? There are TONs of recalls and TSB on this issue!!
I think I would be calling GM Customer Assistance and talking to someone about a reimbursement!
PLEASE tell us more about this CL Issue!!!
The connectors inside the door frame seem to have lots of issues. Pull the rubber boot of the frame and examine the large and small connector. look for bare wires, loose connectors and corrosion inside the connectors.
